General Questions

The Lucid Dream goods eligible for a return are:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Please be mindful that Lucid Dream is a small team, we process our shipments twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

  • Customers living in Casablanca will receive their order the same day we ship it, since we’re based in Casablanca.
  • Customers living outside of Casablanca will receive their orders slightly later, just the time they ship from Casablanca to your city.

Our main shipping method at this moment is Amana, and we plan on adding a carbon emission free shipping option.

If you can’t find your package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, please reach out to the Lucid Dream support team on hello@luciddreamsupply.com with your order ID and we can take it from there.

We accept Payment on Delivery.
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard and all CMI supported cards.
We also accept payments via PayPal.

A link to a ‘Size Guide’ with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, measurements are taken in cm while the garment is lying flat.
